Requirements

  • As this is a Graduate scheme, you’ll be educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant field. You’ll be provided with training and support throughout the Graduate Scheme, so whilst the following criteria will help you thrive in role, they are not all absolute essentials.
  • Keen desire to work in Data/BI/Analytics with a motivation to learn new skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simply articulate complex topics to stakeholders.
  • An effective problem solver with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise.
  • Ability to interpret data and derive business conclusion.
  • A good team player with the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience or exposure to working with SQL or other relevant coding languages such as DAX would be advantageous.
  • Experience or exposure to BI visualisation tools (Power BI is our core tool) or any other BI products would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all development is completed to the required quality standards.
  • Look to increase both technical ability and domain knowledge through active.
  • participation in the project development life cycle.
  • Create/maintain documentation for all deliverables to describe logic, coding/configuration, testing and changes where applicable.
  • Contribute to the process of documenting technical requirements for data,
  • workflow, and interfaces with other systems and/or services where required.
  • Keep up to date with relevant technology areas.
  • Seek out and act upon feedback from team members.
