Requirements

  • We are looking for career-driven individuals who are excited about the future of cyber security and the impact you can make on our business. You’ll need a good degree in a STEM-related subject and must be able to demonstrate leadership potential either through your academic studies or extra-curricular activities. We are particularly keen to encourage applications from women and ethnic minority groups as they are currently under-represented in our leadership team.
  • You also must hold a valid UK Passport and have lived for a minimum of 10 years in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • You won’t be alone in this journey; you’ll have personal mentoring and development input from our senior leaders, so you’ll confidently be able to make decisions on your own, and lead and manage some of the biggest cyber security threats out there. Becoming a leader means you not only have the technical ability and the skills to understand future threat trends and solutions; you will also have commercial awareness, strategic vision and the soft skills to collaborate, lead and inspire others. When the programme finishes, we’ll expect you to move into a management role and be well on your way to a bright future at BT Group.
