The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of statistical concepts, a strong interest in analytical insight, problem-solving skills, excellent written communication, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude. Prior experience with MS Excel, SQL, coding, and other language skills are desirable. Some creative marketing experience is also a plus.

The candidate will be responsible for building and sending marketing emails, setting up AB tests and HTML email templates, analyzing and understanding email KPIs, reporting on campaign performance, and generating copy and ideas.
