Requirements

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of a range of techniques from the areas of Data Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
  • The Data and AI Team work with a variety of techniques, languages and technology depending on the problems we’re solving and our customer needs. We can support your training for any of the below but if you already have any experience please highlight this in your application:
  • Python Data Science and Machine Learning libraries and software, e.g. pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Jupyter notebooks.
  • Deep Learning
  • Reinforcement Learning
  • Natural Language Processing
  • Semantic graphs
  • Docker
  • Relational databases, e.g. MySQL, SQL Server
  • NoSQL databases, e.g. Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Cassandra
  • Cloud computing, e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure
  • R
  • Image processing
  • Big Data processing, e.g. Spark, Hadoop ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team building skills.

  • Working as a Data Scientist in this technical consultancy focused role will provide the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and research, with the ability to influence your training and project experience to find a path which you find great personal and professional satisfaction.
