Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, GIS or other related field from an accredited institution
  • Understanding of Mapping and/or geographic type applications
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and working across teams to deliver objectives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Graduated between May 2023 and June 2024
  • Valid US driver’s license Applicants for the Graduate Development Program must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (such as sponsorship for an H-1B, TN, O, L, STEM OPT, or other employment-based work authorization)

Responsibilities

  • Complete data analysis for outages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the management of all Maps and Records Reporting.
  • Maintain reporting of Key Performance Indicators as related to Maps and Records.
  • Maintain and develop the necessary training materials and job aids.
  • Work with Control Centers, Reliability and Analytics, and Reliability Engineers to accurately report outages.
  • Work with above mentioned groups on major storm exclusions for Upstate New York.
  • Complete/create reports for both internal and external stakeholders including regulatory reporting.
