Requirements

  • You need to hold, or be on track to hold a Degree by the time your program starts. This can be a Bachelors, Masters or even PHD Degree or equivalent experience.
  • You will be part of our Cambridge Quality Engineering team that partners with all Arm Engineering and Business groups to improve the quality of its products and services.
  • Qualities that will help your application stand out:
  • Solid understanding of Linear Algebra and Calculus
  • Scripting skills (Shell, Python, Perl etc)
  • SQL and NoSQL
  • Expericence working with visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau. Kibana)
  • Critical Thinking and Problem solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of ISO standards and Quality methodologies
  • Any further experience in Quality assurance, software development methodologies or Jira & Confluence are advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

  • In this role you could be:
  • Contributing to, identification, gathering, analysing data and making their insights accessible to the rest Quality and Engineering through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables and reports.
  • Work directly with wider Quality group and Engineering teams to find opportunities for improvements
  • Take part in the Quality improvements activities using structured methodology
