The candidate must be a current university student graduating between December 2023 – July 2024 in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technology degree with a minimum 3.2 GPA. They should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Verilog or VHDL or other RTL programming, and be willing to work in a constantly changing environment. Interest in Financial Markets and availability for full-time employment in February or August 2024 are also required.

The Graduate Hardware Engineer at IMC Trading will learn and apply algorithm complexity, professional design, and coding skills while gaining knowledge of the company's business model and building relationships with trading and technology teams.
