Requirements

  • With a relevant degree at 2.2 level or above, or the equivalent, you will have first class customer service skills and experience of dealing efficiently and effectively with members of the public. Excellent IT and communication skills are also essential, along with a strong team ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide support to the Leasehold Sales team and also provide an excellent customer service throughout all leasehold sales transactions and activities. Your duties will include updating and maintaining the Leasehold Sales database, liaising effectively with managing agents, surveyors, solicitors and lenders, as well as liaising with other departments including housing and finance.
