Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, with preference in a quantitative analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics and Economics.
Preferred:
Prior experience using quantitative analysis to solve business problems highly preferred. Pricing-related experience preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, business partners and company officials

Responsibilities

Prepares pricing and profitability analyses that supports New Business efforts and is in line with renewal strategies. Supports more senior pricing analysts and may collaborate with Sales Executives, Account Managers and Field Operations to gather and question all cost assumptions used to prepare a quote. Analyzes revenue, cost, margin and pricing agreements while providing insight and recommendations for timely and effective business decisions. Ensures development and improvement of standard pricing analytic report templates, presentations, methodologies and processes through advanced analytical thought processes. Works under general supervision of pricing manager or more senior analysts.
