Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation preferably in Finance and / or Accounting
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and modelling
  • Previous internship experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity / debt
  • Good expertise of Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexible, proactive with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong motivation, results oriented mindset and good team player
  • Self-starter desiring to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company

Responsibilities

  • Analyse financials, strategic positioning, market and valuation of target companies;
  • Create financial models and scenario analysis of company business plans;
  • Contribute to preparing investment memos and participate in the investment committee process;
  • Process legal documents (e.g. NDAs, release letters) by liaising with internal functions (i.e. legal and compliance teams) and external parties (i.e. sponsors and advisors);
  • Review information package including financial statements, target company reports and third party due diligence reports as part of the screening process of new opportunities;
  • Support the execution process of new investments, by helping senior team members on the legal aspects and coordinate the funding process;
  • Monitor portfolio companies activity and regularly engage with investee companies’ senior management team members;
  • Analyse portfolio companies reporting and produce periodical follow-up reports for internal and external uses;
  • Support on portfolio activities at a wider European team level, by liaising and communicating regularly with investment teams across Europe, as well as operations and investors support team.
