  • Attraction
  • Leading on all our open days in the London office; working with our affinity groups to arrange recruitment focused events
  • Developing and maintaining recruiting materials, presentations, and other relevant information for the London trainee programme
  • Assessment
  • Reviewing and assessing applications for vacation schemes, 1st year programmes, and training contracts; coordinating the interview process for all programmes
  • Managing our Applicant Tracking System - AllHires
  • Development
  • Co-Leading on all aspects of the Spring and Summer vacation schemes, liaising with vacation scheme participants before and after the scheme, securing scheme participation from required supervisors, mentors, and presenters
  • Other
  • Monitoring trainee recruitment costs against budget
  • Identifying opportunities to continually improve existing trainee recruitment processes
