Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject
  • Some experience of working within the construction industry, including delivery of internal audits and inspections, would be beneficial but not essential
  • A passion for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
  • Must hold a full UK drivers licence.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the SHEQ Mergers, Acquisitions and Onboarding Manager in the delivery and continual improvement of the SHEQ Baselining & Onboarding Programme.
  • Preparation and review of due diligence and onboarding procedures and materials.
  • Carrying out of legal reviews/ audit of new or amended legislation and identifying impact of change to RSK.
  • Provision of SHE support to the premises management team and onboarding of new RSK businesses;
  • Preparation of reports in relation to performance against objectives, targets, and SHEQ onboarding performance, as well as supporting on associated communications
  • Assist with the implementation of divisional and Group SHEQ initiatives.
