Requirements

  • We're looking for strategists of the future to join one of our teams who are passionate about solving business problems, are proactive and have the potential to learn and grow within our firm.
  • You’ll need:
  • To have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
  • Relevant experience and extracurricular activities that demonstrate your transferable skills to consulting (e.g. leadership, problem solving, organisational skills, communication skills)
  • Fluency in another language is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Our Associates are the cornerstone of our team, and play an active role in client engagements from day one. You’ll need to exercise commercial awareness, analytical and interpersonal skills in your day-to-day work. Over time, you’ll build the confidence and credibility to present your opinions to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Typical responsibilities include:
  • Building hypotheses and working as part of a team to address client questions
  • Identifying data sources and collecting, interpreting and analysing data
  • Conducting interviews and deriving insight from qualitative inputs
  • Presenting findings to team members, clients and other senior stakeholders
  • Participating in Strategy&-wide team events and industry specific lunch-and-learns and pipeline meetings.

  • Assessment centres for this role will take place between 27 November - 8 December 2023. We expect to be able to give you at least a week's notice to attend.
