You will be creating and designing materials such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphics/charts, and bound books.
What software is required for this position?
A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) for a Macintosh Operating System is required, with an emphasis on the use of InDesign. Additionally, intermediate working knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.
How many years of design experience are required for this position?
A minimum of 2 years of design experience using Adobe Creative Suite is required for this position.
Is knowledge of commercial real estate necessary for this role?
While not required, any knowledge of commercial real estate is considered a plus for this position.
What educational qualifications are expected for the Graphic Designer role?
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design, or equivalent experience is expected. Design-related certifications are also a plus.
