Responsibilities

  • Visual storytelling: Understand BigHand’s positioning, messaging, and brand principles, and represent these through exceptional visual storytelling across motion and static assets.
  • Brand design: Support the rollout of the new brand visual identity across marketing assets and channels.
  • Motion graphics and animation: Create high quality motion graphics and animated content for a corporate audience, using movement, typography and visual storytelling to enhance clarity, engagement and marketing effectiveness.
  • Thought leadership reports: Develop visually engaging and modern thought leadership reports, transforming complex data into clear and compelling animated infographics.
  • Graphic design: Create high quality static graphic design assets for a corporate audience, using strong visual hierarchy, typography and layout to elevate the narrative, ensure brand consistency and meet requirements across a range of marketing channels.
  • Creative storytelling: Bring creative ideas that transform content into engaging and impactful visual stories.
  • Apply and support the enforcement of BigHand’s brand and design guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Maintain brand consistency in visual language across campaigns, channels, and materials.
  • Take briefs from marketing stakeholders and translate them into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Design campaign assets including launch videos, banners, social assets, ads, emails, social selling templates, and collateral for both web and print.
  • Support website design by collaborating with digital and content teams to ensure strong visual execution and user experience.
  • Create infographics that simplify complex information and data with clarity and engagement.
  • Work closely with Brand, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to deliver creative work to agreed timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong time management and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with design, motion, and video trends, tools, and best practices.
