Responsibilities

  • Define & deliver Euronext Procurement vision & strategy:
  • Define Euronext’s Procurement vision & strategy for the 3 years to come, by identifying new trends, organizations, processes, solutions & technologies that could be implemented within Euronext;
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s new ESG goals and objectives;
  • Identify and build a plan of opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements;
  • Meet peers and external stakeholders and benchmark Euronext Procurement organization current status;
  • Define the plan & implement the journey to have Procurement function become best in class, especially in terms of target operating model, processes;
  • Measure success with clearly defined KPI’s, monitored and reported regularly.
  • Steer and Implement Procurement transformation projects:
  • Act as a key contributor in transforming the procurement department to adhere to new regulations and industry standards;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership at Euronext, benchmarking with best market practices, to ensure that procurement processes are future-proof, efficient, and compliant;
  • Build a comprehensive Transformation Roadmap to implement innovative procurement tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency. Identify clear objectives and goals of such a transformation roadmap;
  • Leverage new technologies and best practices to streamline procurement processes and operating models;
  • Run & deliver Procurement projects with state of art methodology to define and implement a yearly Procurement project roadmap, and the correlated yearly Budget to deliver the agreed Procurement Transformation roadmap.
  • Manage Euronext Procurement team to deliver operational excellence:
  • Lead the whole Procurement team in all Euronext locations (Paris, Milan, Porto, London, Copenhagen, Oslo) and organize the Procurement team in the most efficient structure to deliver projects and run the BAU with clear operational excellence KPIs;
  • Develop a high-performing team culture through coaching, goal-setting, and performance management;
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Present regular updates to Senior Leadership at Euronext, providing insights and recommendations for procurement-related decisions;
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international procurement regulations, including sustainability and corporate governance requirements;
  • Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks while safeguarding the organization’s reputation;
  • Bring high level of expertise on complex contract negotiations to the teams.
  • Other activities:
  • Provide local support to Category Managers to ensure opportunities to consolidate and find synergies are taken;
  • Support or lead RFP processes/negotiation with vendors on some key selected topics;
  • Identify areas of spend where procurement is not currently involved with but could make a significant impact on.
