Responsibilities

  • Defines and demonstrates accountability for the overall marketing strategy to accelerate the BU EMEA strategy.
  • Prioritizes strategic initiatives and processes to enable effective and efficient operation of marketing and respective functions.
  • Sets functional performance objectives that are aligned with the overall BU strategy to drive high performance. Evaluates and measures performance consistent with the performance standards set by the organization.
  • Deliver demand generating activities and manage the toolbox of digital, channel, product and customer marketing.
  • Monitors performance of marketing activities through fact-based dashboards.
  • Responsible for the oversight of functional and organizational A&P budget to ensure appropriate resource allocation and prioritization of investments.
  • Models the GF BFS values and behaviors to engage diverse audiences and build high performing teams.
  • Execute pricing activities in close alignment with the commercial teams.
  • Implement regional sustainability initiatives, general communication, and brand work.
