Ability to lead and develop a cross-country organization with strength in medical, data generation, access, clinical practice, and scientific expertise.
Ability to motivate and engage an organization and lead through transformation (i.e., early assets, launch, integration, divestiture, new partnerships).
Strong external customer focus and the ability to rapidly build a comprehensive and efficient network of external relationships.
Ability to lead and influence at the company level, cooperating with global matrix functions, commercial teams and R&D teams.

Frequent travel.
With 5+ years of pharmaceutical leadership experience, MD preferred.
Experience building and delivering Medical capabilities in a complex global organization.
Demonstrated track record of leadership in a complex, matrix environment. Experience delivering successful results in a variety of business situations.
Successful track record of leading through influence and working across complex, global organizational matrices.
Successful track record in change management and inspiring innovation.
Fluency in English.
