Requirements

  • Relevant university degree and/or equivalent experience

  • Experiences in leading diverse and remote teams

Responsibilities

  • Overlooking the scope and focusing on Categories (Aviation, Battery/ Energy Storage, Business Travel & Financial Services, Circular Solutions, Construction & Utilities (C&U), Facility Management (FM), Fleet Vehicles, Fuel, Goods & Corporate Wear, Human Resources, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Marketing & Professional Services, Security, Transportation Services, Warehouse & Sorting Solutions) within Philippines
  • Prepare & lead strategic supplier negotiation with suppliers
  • Prepare, conduct and lead tenders (incl. E-sourcing)
  • Ensure effective implementation of Procurement contracts and standards
  • Build and ensure strong working relationship & cooperation with divisional colleagues, strategic suppliers and external partnerships locally
  • Conduct local & regional supplier management and identify new best in class regional suppliers
  • Manage local budgets and contribute to regional targets
  • Manage and develop team of (country specific) direct reports and (country specific) indirect reports across multiple locations in (country)

  • Communicate and collaborate with regional stakeholders on the value proposition through explanation of facts, policies and practices
  • Support and interact with different key divisional colleagues to gain their buy-in on our work
  • Build relationships and understand internal business partners and key stakeholders interests and concerns
  • Challenge our stakeholders on the traditional way of working for driving innovation/improvement on sourcing process
  • Lead the team to support the business in all procurement activities as per assigned categories, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management
  • Develop strategies and plans to enhance the resource collaboration across our country based and virtual teams’ members for optimising procurement results
