Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management: Lead the QA team to achieve best practice standards and support operational efficiency
  • Continually drive improvements in quality across all business departments
  • Maintain and exceed Häfele’s quality and service levels
  • Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures align with legislative, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Conduct internal audits, mitigate legal risks, and ensure compliance across operations
  • Act as the subject matter expert on compliance-related topics and manage compliance projects
  • Sustainability: Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with supply chain, category teams and supplier partners
  • Ensure ethical and environmental standards meet and exceed regulatory requirements
  • Engage with customers and the wider Häfele Group to align sustainability activities
