Responsibilities

  • Set strategic priorities and objectives with leadership and vision. Define and execute the roadmap for private markets solutions, aligning investment capabilities with platform capabilities, client demand and market trends, including high potential segments such as Wealth and Institutional Client segments.
  • Leading the origination, development, structuring, and delivery of complex, bespoke or comingled, multi-private asset portfolios and structures, including fund-of-one mandates, evergreen vehicles, and thematic strategies across all forms of engagement including consultant led RFIs, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Represent Schroders Capital Solutions at the most senior levels with clients, industry bodies, and regulators.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing solutions strategy team, fostering a commercially driven, client-centred culture.
  • Cultivate, expand, and manage strategic relationships with institutional clients, consultants, and strategic partners.
  • Anticipate market trends, regulatory shifts, and technology advances, ensuring solutions are cutting-edge, compliant, and future-fit.
  • Support Schroders Capital’s brand and Schroders Capital Solutions as a global leader in bespoke private markets portfolio construction and solutions — authoring white papers, insights, and marketing materials.
  • Governance, risk and regulatory oversight: contribute to product committees, ensuring robust governance and alignment with fiduciary and SC processes standards.
