  • The healthcare assistant / support worker will Provide patient centred, compassionate care at all times and advocate for the patient.

  • The post holder will provide direct care and provide verbal and written reports.
  • To actively seek the views of patients / carers on their understanding of their care needs and develop a relationship to ensure the patients experience is positive.
  • The Healthcare Assistant is required to successfully complete all 15 standards within the Induction Care Certificate and associated workbook within the set timeframe of 4 weeks (maximum 12 weeks).
