  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, and previous application of the OSI model for troubleshooting purposes.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll work closely on-site with all users and departments, as well as remotely with our off-site staff for desktop-related hardware, software, and end user support in a Windows network environment.
  • There will also be opportunities to develop training and support materials.
