  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders across areas such as organizational design, culture transformation, and talent management.
  • Employee Relations & Case Management: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and dignity at work concerns.
  • Absence Management: Oversee comprehensive absence management, collaborating with employees, Occupational Health, and Trade Union partners.
  • Talent Development: Champion effective career management, employee development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Leadership Empowerment: Coach and upskill People Leaders on performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations.
  • HR Transformation: Collaborate with the wider HR team to effectively implement new/updated HR products, processes, and policies across the business in support of our HR Transformation.
  • Engagement & Culture: Drive employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share insights and best practices to enhance HR processes.
