Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will provide a professional and proactive HR advisory service, aligned with our Trust values.
  • You will build strong relationships and coach managers to develop effective people practices.
  • You will be a key point of contact for managers, using a coaching approach, you will help them to deal with a wide range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and organisational change programmes.
  • Supporting workforce KPIs and contributing to strategic priorities, you will get involved in policy development, organisational change programmes, manager training, and HR projects—no two days are the same!
  • You will use Microsoft Teams, email and phone to provide a range of HR advice and where appropriate you will meet with managers and staff face to face.
