Responsibilities

  • Provide an HR advisory service and admin support to Employees and Managers within Disney Experiences and Legal Corporate, on all matters relating to the employee lifecycle including recruitment, Remote Work, Learning & Development, on-boarding, off-boarding and performance management approaches.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of headcount requests, internal systems and liaison point for the Compensation team.
  • Take full ownership for maintaining and updating organisation structure charts for the areas they support in EMEA.
  • Headcount reconciliation: accurately update & maintain headcount reports to track employee numbers, requisition IDs, turnover and backfill reconciliation, and workforce data in general.
  • Provide an interface with our Global HR Operations team on administrative areas such as contracts, letters, employee changes on any relevant systems.
  • Assist on the delivery annual HR processes, such as salary and bonus review, talent planning, mentoring scheme, intern enrolment, induction programme, etc.
  • Own end to end ER cases, including Flexible Working requests, performance improvement plans, disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence.
  • Support Managers with Headcount Management systems on areas such as repurposing roles, observing where roles are needing help to move for approval, and support on use of the system.
  • Act as liaison point and build solid relationships with wider HR teams such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Global HR Operations and Organisation Management.
  • Opportunity to provide support to the wider HRBP team on projects and initiatives such as reorganisations, wellbeing, etc.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the HR function and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
