Requirements

  • We’re seeking outstanding, talented and ambitious graduates to join us for this fantastic programme. You’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • We are seeking recent graduates from any degree discipline with at least a 2:2 grade, preferably in a business, HR or psychology related subject
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented individual
  • A hunger to learn and an appetite for real responsibility.
  • Intellectually curious able to challenge politely and effectively.
  • An analytical approach, able to problem solve and answer queries
  • A connection to the mission and purpose of the BHF.
  • Good narrative and report writing skills, able to share insight and information to colleagues and Department Leads.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to liaise with colleagues at different levels, adapting style to suit the audience.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks and occasionally manage a challenging workload.
  • Able to manage a diverse workload.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll have the opportunity to attend learning events such as face-to-face workshops and be able to play an active role in high profile events to grow your skills, knowledge and networks. Throughout the programme, you’ll be fully supported and have a clear development programme. We'll also support you with qualifications relevant to your aspirations and working with you to find the right opportunity for you and your future
  • This is a fixed term position for 24 months, and at the end of the programme we hope you will choose to continue your career in our People and OD Directorate.

  • Work on specific projects and business-as-usual activities across the directorate.
  • The opportunity to work with a range of project teams, taking responsibility for the delivery of specific project work including research activities, analysing, and presenting information, liaising, and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and arranging meetings and briefings.
  • You’ll be able to undertake research market analysis for different propositions and a variety of topics and issues, presenting findings in a confident and professional manner using a variety of media.

  • You’ll undertake research on a variety of topics and issues, and presenting findings in a confident and professional manner using a variety of media.
  • You’ll collate and analyse information as required, ensuring accuracy in delivery and to agreed timescales.
  • You’ll prepare business reports and communications appropriate to the intended audience that deliver the required impact and outcomes.
  • You’ll be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all those across BHF and other key contacts, internally and externally.
  • Become a pro-active team member, playing a full part in meetings and shared and individual learning interventions events, as appropriate and required
