Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor and provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, using the appropriate communication lines, databases and systems to address queries and provide solutions to the business and employees.
  • Partner with the EMEA Recruitment team on hiring needs, supporting the offer and onboarding process and managing visa applications when required.
  • Manage ER case work ensuring a best practice approach is followed. You will be supported by the HR Lead with more complex cases.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Facilitate the performance management and development of our employees.
  • Communicate HR policies and processes and ensure policies are up to date and compliant with local legislation.
  • In collaboration with the Global HR team, support activities such as the performance review process, promotion process and compensation review.
  • Supporting the HR team with benefits management.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with other groups (such as Payroll, Finance, Corporate Services & IT) to support the business and employees appropriately.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions to address the needs of a growing organization.
  • Partner with HR Generalists across EMEA and in the US and APAC on company-wide policies and initiatives.
  • Supporting the team with projects such as M&A change management programmes, well-being, remuneration, culture and engagement, and other HR related work streams.
  • Ensuring compliance with Immigration/UK Sponsorship License responsibilities. Manage right to work checks for UK employees.
  • Ensuring employee data on Workday is kept accurate.
  • In collaboration with the HR team, ensure monthly payroll changes are actioned.
