Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leaders and managers on pertinent people-related areas such as org design, career development, and performance management.
  • Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence to provide targeted HR support to various business units.
  • Implement HR programs and processes including talent management and compensation planning.
  • Provide operational support with data analysis, cyclical HR programming (i.e. performance reviews, engagement survey, etc.), presentation prep, HR records, and more.
  • Address employee relations matters both thoroughly and swiftly through investigations, application of internal and external policies/laws, and coaching.
  • Provide business leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations on organizational health and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and HRBP peers to develop impactful initiatives.
