Responsibilities

  • Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt betreffende alle HR vraagstukken voor het Leadership van jouw business. Je bent een sparringspartner voor partners die zich bezig houden met people management en helpt bij de verdere uitrol van de HR strategie. Jouw HR advies en ervaring is cruciaal. Je durft je mening te geven; ook ongevraagd als je dat nodig acht.
  • Als HR Business Partner zal je de afdeling Technology & Transformation (T&T) ondersteunen. Bij T&T werk je binnen een gezellig en gedreven team van 9 ervaren HR Business Partners. De T&T populatie is zeer divers, o.a. qua nationaliteiten, waardoor een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal belangrijk is. Je sluit aan bij de MT’s van jouw Portfolio’s en bent hierdoor hét aanspreekpunt omtrent alle HR topics. Bij T&T zijn we voortdurend op zoek naar vernieuwing en verbetering en hierop word je uitgedaagd door je stakeholders. Daarnaast werken we data-driven (obv dashboards) en werk je veel samen met de business in het leiden van projecten.
