  • - Maintaining, evolving and improving the Crew/salaried handbooks for both UK and ROI
  • - Review and maintaining of policy approaches to support the culture of our business
  • - Lead and define changes for the business in line with current and future legislation to maintain compliance within UK & ROI employment regulations, as well as providing adequate communication to franchisees, managers and employees about such laws.
  • - Provide subject matter expertise, conduct research and partner closely with internal and external legal advisors or HR Business Partners to proactively supervise and update relevant statutory, regulatory and contractual changes
  • - Lead the provision of accurate, professional correspondence
  • - Provide clear and regular communication with HR Business Partners and other parts of the People team on new employment laws, regulations, and guidelines. Supervising key Human Resource and employment related risk
  • - Provide specialist advice, support and mentorship to HRBPs on policy related employment issues
  • - Work alongside People Insights to proactively identify employee relations trends, and build and implement proposed solutions, in partnership with key partners
  • - Support the Legal team to monitor company annual mandatory compliance training completion
  • - Following disciplinary investigations, provide recommendations on corrective policy and actions, as well as procedural changes that will prevent any reoccurrence.
  • - Over time, you may also creatively own the evolution of People Strategy and People Brand Standards
