Requirements

  • Expertise in Spanish Payroll (3-5 years).
  • Extensive knowledge in Accounting; Accounting of personnel expenses.
  • Advanced Level English C1 is mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel & Databases is mandatory.
  • Knowledge SAP is highly valued.
  • Knowledge in Cegid or META4 is highly valued.
  • Availability to travel on a very punctual basis: Iberia Market Spain&Portugal.
  • Fluent level in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Support to the Retail department (Spain&Portugal) for the planning of the workforce.
  • Coordinate the planning of staff budgets (OB, SPF, PC) with the Finance department.
  • Manage all personnel expenses derived from HB Spain&Portugal on a monthly/yearly basis. Analysis and control of the same.
  • Elaboration of personnel reports.
  • Analysis of costs of personnel: payroll and hiring.
  • Participation in decision-making in covering the points of sales.
  • Analysis of future risks in accordance with the different staffing policies.
  • Create a good and trustful relationship with Finance department, with open-mind with 360º approach.
  • Curiosity about the retail sector.
