YOUR TASKS

The HR Team at Beiersdorf are looking for a HR Graduate to join us on a 12 month contract to gain exposure and experience within our team. Reporting to our Recruitment Manager you will support our business functions join a small established team who are proud to work for our trusted brands; NIVEA, Eucerin and Elastoplast.

As we start to return to our modern Head Office next to Birmingham International Train Station on a voluntary basis, this role will be split between home and office working to suit you. In addition to this our flexible working allows you to manage your time around our core business hours of 10am to 3:00pm meaning you can organise your weekly hours to enhance your work life balance.

Some of the key focus areas for this role will include:

  • Support with recruitment direct sourcing, finding future talent and ensuring our candidate experience is first class.
  • Process new starters, leavers and movers and support the Recruitment Manager with external and internal adverts to keep momentum in our resourcing process.
  • Produce accurate reporting and data insight to assist HR team whilst continually looking to identify systems and data sources to drive efficiencies and simplicity.
  • Support learning & development activities and be an additional point of contact for our people team and employee experience
