Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for the collation & preparation of monthly payroll data to be sent to the vendor
  • - Timely and accurate delivery of the payroll
  • - Liaising with internal and external clients on payroll related matters
  • - Dealing with employee queries and liaising with the vendor on any Finance related queries
  • - Validating & submitting reports to the Pension Administrators
  • - Calculation & administration of monthly Pension, health insurance & other payroll related deductions including liaising with our external vendors
  • - Liaising with Finance on the processing of Travel Tickets etc.
  • - Production of monthly and quarterly reports across four business entities
  • - Other miscellaneous payroll related duties
  • - Act as main point of contact for all general HR admin queries
  • - Prepare monthly HR reports- headcount, turnover etc
  • - Ownership of the HR Time Management System
  • - Monthly processing of new joiners and leavers
  • - Carry out exit interviews as necessary
  • - Assist in the development, update and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
