  • Drive the Talent Agenda for your population:
  • Talent Acquisition: ensure diversity balance and anticipate pipeline for future talents
  • Talent Development and Retention: grow skillsets across the teams and offer relevant, personalised career development opportunities through dynamic career conversations and all learning offers, in alignment with managers and all stakeholders
  • Structure proactive succession planning with your populations
  • Identify strategic resourcing requirements (including current and projected skills / capability gaps (strategic workforce planning)
  • Co-lead change management and organisation design: all end-to-end change and will offer strategic support to management in respective area
  • Be accountable for employee relations: pro-actively lead and manage all first line employee relations cases, ensuring managers are offered practical advice and guidance in line with legislation.
  • Own data management for your direct scope be able to leverage data analytics to drive the HR and business strategic frames
  • Run HR Cost Controlling by supporting the HRD to effectively manage headcount and salary costs in line with the BU budget, offering pragmatic solutions and identifying opportunities and in close collaboration with finance
