Requirements

  • This program is for you if you are studying or have finished a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Law, Labour Law or Human Resources.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required.
  • Passion for the world of retail and fashion.
  • Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must!
  • As for the formal requirements:
  • Internship program: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience!
  • Graduate program: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional!

Responsibilities

  • Labour Legal Support:
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data of the stores, and updating any previous employees’ data.
  • Updating internal HR databases; for example, entering sick leaves, maternity leaves, and more.
  • Review, revise, and update company policies.
  • Supporting the team with the resolution of labour doubts.
  • Support by preparing documentation related to dismissals, negotiations...
  • Effective Work Calendar Management and Implementation.
  • Talent acquisition and development:
  • Support the HRBP in topics related to talent acquisition and development.
  • Assisting in Communication Preparation and Report Generation.
  • Building strategic partnerships.
  • Help with the On Boarding of new employees.
