Responsibilities

  • Meeting regularly with leaders to understand, align and collaborate on business objectives.
  • Developing HR strategies to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Analyzing and providing HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting talent assessment, talent development and succession planning.
  • Coaching and consulting with managers and leaders regarding performance management and other team member-related situations.
  • Supporting performance management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development).
  • Developing and implementing plans to retain and develop top talent.
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives.
  • Assisting team members and leaders in managing change.
  • Fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Managing, responding to and resolving employee relation issues in collaboration with managers and leaders including employee complaints, and harassment allegations.
  • In partnership with Learning and Development, identifying training needs and opportunities.
  • Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risk and regulatory compliance.
  • Partnering with compliance and legal departments as necessary.
  • Partnering with HR team, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development and Operations.
  • Leading special corporate HR projects.
