Responsibilities

  • Contributes to and implements established HR strategy for the region
  • Participates in and contributes to the annual planning and goal setting process for the region
  • Partners with local leadership and corporate People and Culture teams (HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Culture) to drive processes and practices that attract, select, develop and retain highly qualified employees
  • Provides guidance and mentoring for managers on HR best practices
  • Assists in the deployment of HR-related systems and processes developed at the corporate level
  • Serves in a generalist capacity to provide functional and technical leadership in all areas of HR
  • Serves as a trusted advisor, sounding board and liaison between the region and PAC to ensure corporate services and best practices are aligned with regional needs
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for employees and leaders on HR-related issues and works with PAC team when escalation is necessary
  • Serves as an advocate and trusted resource for employees
  • Serves as a trusted partner and advisor for managers, leadership and PAC team
  • Facilitates and oversees the new hire onboarding experience and ensures a smooth integration, partnering with corporate teams as needed
  • Provides guidance, interpretation and compliance of HR policies and procedures
  • Effectively receives and resolves complex employee-related issues or grievances and applies proper interpretation and application of company policies and state/local employment laws; escalates to local leadership and corporate HR team when needed
  • Reviews and analyzes employee trends and data (exit interviews, employee feedback) to identify any recurring people-related issues and provides recommendations to local leadership and PAC team to address
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for employees on benefits-related questions
  • Administers local benefits plans (if applicable)
  • Oversees employee exit process by conducting exit interviews, termination meetings, and facilitating post-employment paperwork to ensure smooth transitions
  • Source, recruit and hire across a wide range of roles while managing the full life-cycle talent acquisition process
  • Participate in discussions with regional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive TA strategy
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their function, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire and candidate quality
  • Act as an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for OneDigital, effectively demonstrating our culture and the Digital Way through all touch-points and communications with potential OneDigital employees
  • Support hiring manager coaching and behavioral interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisions
  • Manages relationships with approved strategic hiring partners and 3rd party recruitment agencies
