  • The postholder will coach and develop line managers to effectively fulfil their people management responsibilities particularly in relation to case management, advice and guidance in respect of disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management. Develop relationships both internally and externally, particularly collaborative partnerships with Trade Unions.
