  • Assist in the planning of Diversity & Inclusion events by collaborating with the appropriate resources to develop innovative campaigns and communications
  • Manage the D&I calendar to ensure it’s up to date
  • Take minutes at meetings and provide updates to attendees
  • Maintain and update the D&I page on InSite including InSite Spotlights
  • Provide assistance and support to the D&I inbox, respond to general inquiries
  • Partner with Employee Resource Group on event planning
  • Provide regular status updates on projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the collection of data for monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis of ERG metrics
  • Maintain an organized digital D&I filing system
  • Conduct industry research to identify gaps and opportunities for the D&I and Wellness programs
  • Provide innovative and creative solutions when opportunities are presented
  • Collaborate and support projects/programs within the department when required
