Yes, you will lead and manage a sales team to achieve targeted performance metrics, focusing on both individual and team goals aligned with the Industrial strategy.
Is there any specific industry experience that would be beneficial for this role?
A strong working knowledge of the Industrial Lubricants Market, particularly Metalworking Fluids (MWF) and High-Performance Lubricants (HPLs), is preferred.
