Requirements

  • We are looking for candidates with some of the following interests, and preferably, skills and experience either in a workplace environment or in a educational and personal interest context:
  • Good knowledge of IM/IT
  • Good knowledge of Business management
  • Willingness to work in a flexible and agile way
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills as many activities will involve working with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Excellent team working and collaboration skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge to break the norms and develop new ideas and solutions
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Understanding of objectives and being results and solution focused
  • Desire to develop management and leadership skills
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
  • Maximum of three years relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
  • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

  • Graduate is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus operations and manufacturing performs, improves and Innovates.

Responsibilities

  • technical expertise, project tasks,
  • to business and people management to support Airbus IM function and the other business functions whilst always performing in line with Airbus behaviours - the point is to prepare you for future, to achieve amazing things together
  • Project and task management of technical tasks and business activities with
  • Networking and stakeholder management
  • Accepting and managing demand for our IM services and activities
  • Proficiency in Google work space and other tools and applications may be required in some roles
  • Opportunity to work in a fast paced digital environment
  • Team working and collaboration with other areas of the business and internal and external partners
  • A diverse set of activities, with the national and internal travel
  • At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as part of a team within IM Digital Governance and Transformation Organization.
  • From day one you will be integrated into one of the teams within IM Governance & Transformation and will be guided through the various placement opportunities that exist within your function and the wider IM organisation and business areas. This along with training provided, works to ensure you are ready and experienced enough to take the next step of your career .
