Responsibilities

  • To conduct a high volume of sales calls (outbound and inbound) on behalf of the business daily, soliciting the services for one off & regular contracted services, in line with targeting metrics.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective automatic customers & new lead referrals through efficient task management.
  • Maintain an up to the minute, accurate record of personal activity & future pipeline of task and prospects, through utilisation of the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Achieve or exceed all activity & productivity targets as prescribed.
  • Negotiate the sale of business services as required to target following designated sales processes & operating in line with company terms & policies.
  • Review set goals with the Inside Sales Executive Team Leader to ensure targets are achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Remain educated with up to date market conditions (clients, competitors, business trends, new business developments, service rates and practices) to optimise the standing & positioning of Shred-it in the marketplace.
  • Provide insight to sales leadership team based on feedback from prospective clients to ensure Shred-it can maintain position within the marketplace.
  • Promote a positive and professional sales attitude inside and outside of the office and ensure that Shred-its high standards for customer service, security and environmental consciousness are maintained.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on the sale of a full range of Shred-it services on offer.
