Responsibilities

  • Atención al cliente y gestión de incidencias, asegurando una comunicación eficaz y resolviendo problemas de manera oportuna.
  • Prospección de mercado y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio para ampliar la cartera de clientes en logística terrestre.
  • Elaboración, gestión y seguimiento de cotizaciones para maximizar oportunidades de cierre y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Coordinación entre clientes y departamentos operativos para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los servicios contratados.
  • Apoyo en la planificación, seguimiento y supervisión de operaciones para cumplir con los compromisos establecidos.
  • Análisis de ventas y generación de informes para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.
  • Desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas con los clientes, ofreciendo atención personalizada y soluciones adaptadas.
  • Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de Inside Sales.
