Requirements

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services
  • Ability to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs
  • Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate
  • Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a sales position
  • Desirable Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Recent graduate within past 12 months, obtaining Bachelors level degree

Responsibilities

  • What you’ll achieve:
  • As an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, consulting on how Dell’s products and services fit into their solutions.
  • You will:
  • Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products and services
  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities
  • Work to gain new accounts and find opportunities in your account territory
