Requirements

  • Ideally further training to become a state-certified technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of work experience
  • Knowledge in the field, control technology in VPS and SPS
  • Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting in building installation technology as well as power engineering systems
  • Very good computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out practical and theoretical training of apprentices in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, power engineering and control engineering
  • Imparting knowledge and skills in accordance with the training ordinance and internal training plan, and conducting performance appraisals of trainees
  • Supporting trainees in preparing for examinations and in company and external projects
  • Supporting trainees in the development of technical, methodological and social competence
  • Cooperation with the cooperating companies, the vocational schools and the responsible chambers of industry and commerce
  • Preparing and implementing new teaching and learning concepts in relation to digitalization
