The Interface Management Plan is a comprehensive document that addresses all internal and external interfaces for the portfolio of projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Completions, and Commissioning.
Will the Interface Manager need to engage with stakeholders?
Yes, the Interface Manager is required to establish strong working relationships with all stakeholders, understand their concerns and requirements, and incorporate them into the Project Execution Plan and Interface Management Plan.
What is the level of decision-making authority for this position?
The work is performed under general direction, with decisions being reviewed for conformance with policies and general efficiency. Key interfaces and risks are escalated to the Project Director.
