Requirements

  • Experience in employee relations minimum 3+ years.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with customers and collaborates with the HR team to successfully execute talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and basic compensation and benefits processes.
  • Manages reports, organization of documentation, and other special projects as assigned.
  • When problems are identified, analyzes solutions and provides their leader with sound recommendations for action.
  • Supports workforce planning analysis initiatives to ensure the best recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively, assists leaders in selecting the best talent, and assists in addressing employee relations and performance issues as needed.
  • Supports the implementation of system wide HR projects or initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning.
