Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Internal Communications Strategy:
  • Align with business, brand and corporate communication goals (global, zone, and regional), leverage internal platforms (e.g., intranet, Workplace, newsletters, and leader communications) to enhance employee engagement and deliver key messages to inspire action.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Communication & Transformation Campaigns:
  • Manage and deliver impactful communication projects, including brand and transformation initiatives tailored to diverse audiences across MENA's 19 countries.
  • Ensure Consistency and Creativity Across Channels:
  • Oversee internal communication channels to maintain a cohesive voice, anticipate external narratives, and ensure timely and relevant messaging.
  • Advise on Communication Best Practices:
  • Provide strategic guidance to business partners on crafting and delivering initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment of message, reaching the right audiences, and through the best channels.
  • Drive Culture-Building and Engagement Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to champion growth culture programs, fostering alignment with Nestle's values and goals.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Insights:
