Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for users experiencing issues with Client's Inventory systems, performing thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve system, operational, or master data issues
  • Manage and execute day-to-day operational tasks from cross-functional teams within established SLAs
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new system functionalities, including test data setup and validation
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and effectively communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including work instructions, process flows, and training materials
  • Utilize Client's "Task" platform to manage, triage, and resolve action items within agreed timeframes
  • Develop training content including documents and videos to support user adoption of new and existing features
